Resolved that report DPW-23-14, Encroachment Agreement for 3 East Street in Grimsby Beach, dated September 25, 2023 be received; and 1. That Public Works be authorized to establish an Encroachment Agreement with the property owner of 3 East Street to recognize the existing encroachments, as follows: A. The house foundation B. A portion of the dwelling C. A portion of a stone retaining wall D. An air conditioner unit E. A gas meter F. A wooden fence G. A portion of a deck H. A concrete pad; and 2. That all associated costs for the Encroachment Agreement be paid for by the property owner; and 3. That the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the Encroachment Agreement.
