Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of March 5, 2018 be approved.

Resolved that the Special Council Committee of the Whole meetings minutes of March 8, 2018 be approved.

Resolved that the presentation to the winners of the 2018 Heritage Art Competition by Kate Pyatt, Chair of the Art Galley Advisory Board and Rhona Wenger, Art Gallery Director be received.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of March 7, 2018 be received and the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that Report TC 18-08 dated March 12, 2018 be received and the Policy and By-law 18-15 attached to the report be considered for approval.

Resolved that Report P.A. 18-07 titled "Consultant Selection, Town of Grimsby Hospital Corridor Secondary Plan & Urban Design Guidelines", dated March 19, 2018 be received; and, That the SGL Planning & Design lnc. proposal for the Town of Page 5 of 8 Council March 19, 2018 Grimsby Hospital Corridor Secondary Plan & Urban Design Guidelines in the amount of $99,884.48 plus HST be approved; and, That a by-law be passed to authorize an Agreement between SGL Planning & Design lnc. and The Corporation of the Town of Grimsby for the Town of Grimsby Hospital Corridor Secondary Plan & Urban Design Guidelines. Further, that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes of March 6, 2018 be received and filed.

Resolved that the Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 18-15 to 18- 18 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 18-15 to 18- 18 inclusive read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
