Resolved that Submission A- 41/16 to allow for the construction of a one storey sunroom addition with a rear yard setback of 5.6 metres and Lot coverage of 39.6% in a Residential Detached RD-4(35) Zone at #57 Hewitt Drive, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. Page 3 of 3 Committee of Adjustment December 6, 2016 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
