"RESOLVED, That Submission A-04/10 by Losani Homes, for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-law 71-74, as amended by By-law 08-61, Section 11A, Residential R3 Zone, to allow for the construction of a single dwelling unit with a lot coverage of 39% in a Residential R3 Zone at # 39 Chestnut Drive, Grimsby, be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land."
