Resolved that the request for $27,000 for the completion of Town videos by Brian Purdy be

Resolved that Report P.A. 16-18, regarding a zoning amendment application by Branthaven Casablanca Inc., Lake House Subdivision (Z-14-7), be received and that the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix "A" be forwarded to Council for approval and amended to include a minimum parking requirement of 10 spaces for the commercial unit in Area E of Schedule A to the draft by-law.

Resolved that Report P.A. 16-17, regarding applications for Zoning Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision approval by Wychopen Page 3 of 4 Planning & Development Committee May 10, 2016 and Fernick, Kemp and Mountain Road Hamlet be received; and that a) The plan of subdivision be draft approved subject to the conditions in Appendix "A" to this report; and b) That the zoning amendment application be approved as amended and that the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix "B" be forwarded to Council for approval following the submission of a draft 30M plan that incorporates the recommended revisions together with the certified list of frontages and areas of all lots and blocks and that the draft by-law be modified to recognize the lot frontages and areas of the remnant lots.

Resolved that the Planning and Development Committee receive the minutes of the GHAC meeting of May 3, 2016 as information.
