Resolved that Report TC-12-01 dated January 3, 2012 with respect to the annual cost for participation in the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee for 2012 be received; And further that the Town of Grimsby continue to participate as a member of the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee at an annual cost of $10,000.

Resolved that Report FIN 12-01, 2012 Interim Tax Levy and Tax Rates, dated January 3, 2012 be received, and; that a by-law be prepared authorizing the taxation rates as outlined in Schedule 'B', and; that the interim levy installment due dates be set as March 2th and May 4th, 2012.

Resolved that Report FIN 12-02, 2012 Borrowing for Current Expenditures, dated January 3, 2012 be received, and; that temporary borrowing arrangements in the amount of $5,000,000 be approved, and; that the Town Clerk be instructed to prepare the necessary by-law.
