"RESOLVED, That Submission A-01/08 by Sean and Sylvia Santoro, for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-law No. 71-74, as amended, Section 10, Residential R1 Zone & By-law 07-14, to permit the installation of a 1.8 metre high privacy fence in the side yard of a corner lot abutting a public street in a Residential R1 Zone at # 17 Banburry Crescent, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of land."
