"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 09-24, regarding site plan application the Niagara Catholic District School Board, St. Joseph's School (5007-595) be received and that the application be approved subject to the applicant satisfying the conditions outlined in Appendix "A" to the report to the satisfaction of the Planning Director. Further, that a by-law is passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement."

Further, that a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement."
