Resolved that Submission A-19/14 by Rudy Irish, for a Minor Variance of the provisions of By-law 71-74 as amended Section 18 Neighbourhood Development (ND) Zone, and By-law 14-45 Section 7 Main Street (MS) Zone, to allow for the installation of an Page 3 of 4 Committee of Adjustment August 19, 2014 inground swimming pool in the front yard, in a Neighbourhood Development (ND) Zone and Main Street (MS) Zone at # 292 Main Street West, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
