That the Public Works Committee recommends Council support the following: o The Royal Canadian Legion’s request for commemorative street signage on Clarke Street; o The Royal Canadian Legion’s request for the installation of Veteran banners on Clarke Street; and o That a budget of $80,000 be established to support the Grimsby Decorative Banner Program, with funds allocated from the Public Works Department Asset Rehabilitation and Renewal Reserve.
