Resolved that Minor Variance Application A19-25 for 578 Main Street West, to permit two secondary dwelling units within a single detached dwelling, whereas one secondary suite per dwelling is permitted as per section 4.19 a), of the Zoning By-law 14-45, as amended; to permit a secondary suite solely within a cellar, whereas a secondary suite is not permitted within a cellar as per section 4.19 d), of Zoning by-law 14-45, as amended be approved.
