"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 08-23, regarding an application for site plan approval by Dr. J. A. Paolasini, for a proposed commercial residential building and associated parking lot at 25 Main Street East/6 Doran Avenue, be received and that the application be approved subject to the plans being modified to the satisfaction of the Planning Director to meet the technical requirements of the Town and Grimsby Power. Further that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized Page 1 of 3 PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE August 12, 2008 to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 08-22, regarding an application for site plan approval by Morningside Greenhouses, for an accessory biogas facility at 585 Sobie Road, be received and that the application be approved subject to the applicant amending the plans to the satisfaction of the Planning Director to meet the technical requirements of the Town and the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority. Further that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf."
