Resolved that the minutes of the Council meeting of April 4, 2011 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation of Joan Hastings-Dove, Grimsby Green, accompanied by Environmental Internship Students Kevin Robertson and Whitney Meyer with reference to Active Transportation Plan for Grimsby be received and forwarded to Recreation Services Committee for consideration.

Resolved that the minutes of the Administration & Finance Committee meeting of April 11, 2011 be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee minutes for April 13, 2011 be approved.

Resolved that Report P.A. 11-15 Application for Site Plan Approval - Blessed Trinity High School be lifted from the Planning & Development Committee minutes of April 12, 2011 for separate consideration.

Resolved that Report P.A.11-15 of the Planning & Development Committee minutes of April 12, 2011 be approved.

Resolved that Resolution PD#11-25 of the Planning & Development Committee minutes of April 12, 2011 be lifted for separate consideration.

Resolved that Report P.A. 11-12, regarding an application for draft plan of standard condominium approval to Mariner Estates, 19 Lake Street (26CD- 11-1101) as revised by the Memo from W. Basic dated April 18, 2011 be received, and that Draft Plan of Condominium be approved subject to the conditions attached to this report as Appendix "A" as revised by the Memo from W. Basic dated April 18, 2011.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee minutes of April 12, 2011 be approved as amended.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment minutes of April 5, 2011 be received and filed.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Office of the Regional Clerk, Niagara Region dated March 7, 2011, with reference to the Interest Arbitration be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Grimsby Downtown Improvement Area, received March 10, 2011, submitting a resignation from Mr. John Cruickshank from that committee be received with regret.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Grimsby Downtown Improvement Area, received March 29, 2011, submitting Mr. Ryan Gaudet as a replacement for the vacancy on GDIA be approved.

Resolved that correspondence from Mr. Philippe Desmarais received on April 13, 2011 with reference to the resignation from the Grimsby Public Art Gallery Advisory Board be received with regret.

Resolved that the resolutions from other municipalities be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-laws 11-20 to 11-24 inclusive and same be now read a first time.

Resolved that By-laws 11-20 to 11-24 just read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed and that the Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same any rule of the Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
