"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 11-19, regarding an application for zoning amendment, 5 Doran Avenue, be received and that the application be approved subject to a minimum side yard amendment of 1.7m on the east side and 6.5m on the west side. Further, that the by-law attached to the report as Appendix "A", as amended be forwarded to Council for approval."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 11-23, regarding site plan application by Lakemount Worship Centre, 54 North Service Road (5007-613) be received and that the application be approved subject to the conditions specified in Appendix "A" to the report. Further, that a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf."
