Bentley; Resolved that Report DPW16-45 dated September 28, 2016, Page 3 of 5 Public Works Committee October 18, 2016 regarding the Unopened Road Closure & Transfer of Part 3, Plan 30R-14786 on Grimsby Secondary School to the District School Board of Niagara be received and that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute a By-law Closing Part 3 of Plan 30R-14786 and thereafter a By-law to transfer it to the District School Board of Niagara.

Bentley; Page 4 of 5 Public Works Committee October 18, 2016 Resolved that Report DPW16-47 dated October 13, 2016, regarding Azure West Village, Subdivision Approval be received, and that the cost-sharing identified in this report be approved, and that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the Subdivision Agreement and all necessary documents, all subject to the Developer first completing the following outstanding items to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works: - Completion and signing of all approved engineering and electrical distribution street light plans; - Environmental Compliance Approval from the Ministry of Environment for the water, storm and sanitary sewer works; and further, that the Developer be approved to pre-service the subdivision at his own risk subject to first obtaining all necessary agencies approval and meeting the Town's Standard Pre-Servicing Conditions.
