Resolved that the minutes of the Council meeting of October 19, 2009 be approved.

Resolved that the deputation by Frances Hallworth, Resource Developer, United Way with reference to the Services offered by the United Way be received.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee minutes of November 9, 2009 be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee minutes of November 11, 2009 be approved.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee minutes of November 10, 2009 be approved.

Resolved that the Planning Public Meeting minutes of November 11, 2009 be approved.

Resolved that the Special Planning Committee minutes of November 11, 2009 be approved.

Resolved that the Recreation Services Committee minutes of October 27, 2009 be approved.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment minutes of November 10, 2009 be received and filed.

Resolved the leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 09-86 to 09-88 inclusive and the same be now read a first time.

Resolved that By-law Nos. 09-86 to 09-88 inclusive, just read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed, that the Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same, any rule of this Council to the contrary notwithstanding.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby go to a Closed Session to consider personal matters about an identifiable individual.

That the Council of the Town of Grimsby resume the regular Council meeting.

Resolved that Report TM-09-13, Personnel Matter dated November 9, 2009 be received and that the Town Manager be authorized to proceed with the recommendations contained within the report.
