“Resolved that the GEDAC Committee recommends that Council be requested to consider inclusion of a streetscaping reserve in the 2017 consolidated budget to be funded through an annual allocation to assist with funding future streetscape improvements, upgrades, public realm enhancement and property acquisition within Downtown Grimsby, and an annual maintenance plan for upkeep be established.”
