That the minutes of May 13, 2015 be received and approved.

That the update be received.

That the Report and Statistics be Received.

That the Finance Committee Minutes of May 11, 2015 and related reports be received and approved.

That the CEO Evaluation Committee minutes and related reports of May 20 be received and approved.

That the report be received.

That the revised Privacy Policy be accepted and approved and that the CEO/Chief Librarian communicate to staff that any requests for information received under Bill C-51 be refused pending notification of the Library Board via the CEO/Chief Librarian, notwithstanding the Library's existing Privacy Policy

That the drafted Conduct, Duties and Responsibilities of Individual Board Members be accepted and approved.

That drafted Salary Review and Pay Equity be accepted and approved.

That the Board move into closed session under Section 16.1 (4)(b) of the Public Library Act

That the Board move out of closed session under Section 16.1 (4)(b) of the Public Library Act

That the Board approve the recommended Request for Job Sharing of Full-Time Clerical Position.

That the meeting adjourn at 8:05 PM
