Resolved that report DCS-24-66, Mayfair Pickleball Courts – Survey Results and Recommendations, dated December 12, 2024 be received; and 1. Staff develop a new allocation schedule for the Mayfair Pickleball Courts to be implemented for the 2025 outdoor season; and 2. That Pickleball Court allocation be shifted from the current guaranteed use system to a reservation block system; and 3. That a seasonal keyholder program be implemented for court access during reservations and public drop in times; and 4. That the Town continue to support the scheduling of occasional events and tournaments at the Mayfair Pickleball Courts, where the courts would be temporarily closed for open public use.
