Be it resolved that the June 11 Grimsby Public Library Board agenda be approved as amended.

Be it resolved that the meeting enter closed session under Section 239(3.1)(1) of the Municipal Act, where a closed meeting is held for the purpose of educating or training the members, specifically regarding the Draft Library Feasibility Study.

Be it resolved that the consent agenda items be approved and received for information.

Be it resolved that the Finance Committee Minutes be received for information.

Be it resolved that the draft 2024 Audited Financial Statements be approved as presented.

Be it resolved that the Grimsby Public Library Board approves the proposed appointments to the Strategic Planning Committee: The proposed appointments to the Strategic Planning Committee are as follows: Library Board Representatives: Alyssa Seul and Kim Palios Library Staff Representatives: Ryan Waldron and Simone Rauscher CEO & Chief Librarian: Ashleigh Whipp Chair of the Library Board (ex officio): Deirdra Burke

Be it resolved that the Grimsby Public Library Board withdraw the Library's participation in the 2025 GLaM Gala, with consideration for re- engagement in this event next year. [Note: This motion was reconsidered at the June 19, 2025 Special Library Board Meeting by the following motion: "Be it resolved that the Grimsby Public Library Board continue the Library's participation in the 2025 GLaM Gala."]
