Resolved that Report DPW10-44 dated September 13, 2010 regarding Project PWC10-06-440023 Garden Drive, Oriole Crescent, Vinewood Avenue, Murray Street, Old Orchard Avenue, Whittaker Avenue and Christie Street and Main Street West Intersection Reconfiguration be received and that the Director of Public Works be authorized to award the design, contract administration, and on-site supervision to W. Mackay Engineering Services Limited in the total estimated amount of $57,760.00.

Resolved that Report DPW10-45, dated September 13, 2010, Release of the 2% Maintenance Hold Back for Contract PWC08-06-440018 Watermain Rehabilitation 2008, Park Road South, Bell Avenue, Tuer Avenue, Deer Park Court, Oriole Crescent, Hazelwood Avenue, Gibson Street and Patton Street and Watermain Abandonment on Christie Street, St. Andrew’s Avenue and Livingston Avenue and Contract PWC08-04-400013 Gibson Street and Patton Street Sanitary Sewer Replacement be received, and that the Director be authorized to release the 2% Maintenance Hold Back in the amount of $28,251.25.
