Resolved that the delegation of Lynne Cunningham, Municipal Relations Representative from the Communications and Public Relations Department with MPAC with reference to a 2012 Assessment Update be received.

Resolved that Report FCR 12-12 dated November 9, 2012 with reference to the Grimsby Fire Department Facilities Needs Assessment be received and that the Fire Chief be authorized to retain the services of consulting firm MMM Group Limited to complete the assessment at a cost of $29,775 excluding taxes.
