Resolved that Report DPW14-37 dated September 5, 2014 regarding ‘Engineering Services for 2015 Capital Watermain Replacement Project PWC15-06-440032: Vine Road, Walnut Street, Gage Street, St. Andrews Avenue, John Street, Nelles Road South, Dorchester Drive and Lorne Avenue be received and that the Director of Public Works be authorized to award the design, contract administration and on-site supervision to W. Mackay Engineering Services in the total estimated amount of $46,850.00, excluding H.S.T., including a $360.00 per diem rate for construction inspection in 2015.
