Resolved that Report DPW18-37 dated September 27, 2018 regarding the Dedication of Part 2, Plan 30R-14792 as Public Highway – 20 John Street be received and that it is recommended the road allowance widening being Part 2, Plan 30R-14792 as transferred to the Town by the adjacent development be dedicated as Public Highway – John Street, and the Mayor and Town Clerk, be authorized to sign the required by-law and documents for registration in Land Titles.

Resolved that Report DPW18-38 dated October 4, 2018 regarding ‘2018 Annual Roads QMS Operational Plan Endorsement’ be received by Town Council and that • Council endorse the current revision of the Roads QMS Operational Plan, dated September 2018; • The Mayor be authorized to sign the current revision of the Roads QMS Operational Plan; and • Council re-endorse the existing Roads QMS Policy statement.

Resolved, that Report DPW18-39 dated October 4, 2018 regarding ‘2017-2018 Annual Roads QMS Management Review Report' be received by Town Council for review and information.

Resolved that Report DPW18-40 dated October 10, 2018 regarding ‘Extending Existing Limited No Parking Restrictions on Lynnwood Avenue’ be received and the following parking restriction be approved and to be added to the Town Parking By-Law 16-82, Schedule “H” (Limited Parking). Resolved that correspondence from Blessed Trinity Pilgramage Committee, Jessica Murray dated October 1, 2018 regarding the Sunday, October 28, 2018 Blessed Trinity Pilgramage Event be received for information and further that as this is a supervised pedestrian event on sidewalks, that no Town approval is required.

Resolved that the GDIA meeting minutes of August 21, 2018 be received as circulated and filed for records purposes.
