"RESOLVED, That Submission A-13/08 by Mountainview Homes, for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-law No. 71-74, as amended Section 11B, Residential R4 Zone, to allow for the construction of a new single dwelling unit with a garage projection of 3.2 metres beyond the front face of the dwelling in a Residential R4 Zone at # 57 Hewitt Drive, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The Intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land."
