Resolved that the Council minutes of February 1, 2010 be approved.

Andreychuk; Resolved that the delegation by Brian Baty, Public Health & Social Services Committee, with reference to Stop Family Violence - It's Everybody's Business, be received.

Cruickshank; Resolved that the delegation by Stephen Butz, Chief Executive Officer and Linda Boich, YMCA Board Member, YMCA of Niagara, with reference to site acquisition; design & facility profile; critical path; launch of capital campaign; approach to municipal funding support, be received.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee minutes of February 8, 2010 be approved.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee minutes of February 9, 2010 be approved, as amended.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee minutes of February 10, 2010 be approved.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Kinsmen Club of Grimsby be received, and that February 20, 2010 be proclaimed Kinsmen and Kinettes Day and the week of February 14 - 20, 2010, be proclaimed as Kinsmen and Kinettes Week.

Andreychuk; Resolved that Council of the Town of Grimsby is in support of the development of a Go Transit Station in the Town of Grimsby; and That the preferred location of the Station would be Casablanca Blvd.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 10-11 to 10-14 inclusive and the same be now read a first time.

Resolved that By-law Nos. 10-11 to 10-14 inclusive just read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed that the Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same, any rule of this Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
