Resolved that Submission A-12/17 by Susan Crawford to allow for the construction of a covered 10.66 x 2.44 metre front porch to an existing residential structure in a Residential Detached (RD 3.25) Zone at 5 Rodney Avenue, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
