Resolved that Submission A-02/11 by Lakemount Worship Centre, for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-law 71-74, as amended, Section 32, Institutional (I) Zone, to allow for 36 parking spaces within 7.5 metres of a street line in an Institutional (I) Zone at # 54 North Service Road, Grimsby, be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
