"RESOLVED, That Submission A 19/09 as amended by Hamilton General Homes (1971) Ltd., for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-law No. 71-74, as amended by By-law 07-2 Section 11A, Residential R3 Zone, to allow for the construction of a new single storey dwelling unit with a rear yard setback of 7.25 metres and a lot coverage of 39% in a Residential R3 Zone at # 661 Winston Road, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land."
