Resolved that the Designated Off-Leash Dog Areas Report DRS16- 01 be received for information and that the Steve McDonnell Leash Free Dog Park, the Oakes Road unopened road allowance and the Southward Park leash free dog area be officially designated as off- leash areas and By-law No. 10-06, ‘A By-law to regulate animal care and control in the Town of Grimsby’ be amended accordingly.
