Resolved that the Council minutes of February 6, 2012 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation of Enzo Ingribelli, Assistant Manager and Eric Adriaans, Director of Community Support Services of the Red Cross Transit regarding ridership update be received.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee minutes of February 13, 2012 be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee minutes of February 15, 2012 be approved.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee minutes of February 14, 2012 be approved.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment minutes of February 7, 2012 be received and filed.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration with reference to the Newcomer Champion Awards be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Niagara Region with reference to the inclusion of Niagara in the South Western Ontario Development Fund be received and endorsed.

Resolved that the Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-laws 12-07 to 12-11 and that same be now read a first time.

Resolved that Council go into Closed Session under section 239 (2)(c) of the Municipal Act; a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Lincoln County Humane Society

Resolved that Council return to Open Session.

Resolved that By-laws 12-07 to 12-11 read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed that the Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same any rule of the Council of the contrary notwithstanding.
