Resolved that Submission A-28/14 by David Van Leeuwen, for a Minor Variance of the provisions of By-law 14-45, Residential Detached (RD2.25) Zone Section 7, to allow for the installation of a 2.66 metre fence height along the North and East property line to Page 3 of 4 Committee of Adjustment December 9, 2014 match existing fencing in a Residential Detached (RD2) Zone at # 24 Garden Drive, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
