Cruickshank; "RESOLVED, That Report No. DPW08-20 dated July 21, 2008 regarding the Assumption of Municipal Services for Conrad Place Subdivision (Courtland Estates – Phase 1) be received, and further, that the Director of Public Works be authorized to release the current Letter of Credit in the amount of $154,549.00, and further, that the Director of Public Works be authorized to issue the Final Certificate of Completion of Services, and further, that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary Roadway Assumption By-law.”

Kadwell; "RESOLVED, That Report No. DPW08-21 dated July 21, 2008 regarding the Assumption of Municipal Services for Courtland Estates Subdivision – Phase 2 be received, and further, that the Director of Public Works be Page 1 of 3 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE August 6, 2008 authorized to release the current Letter of Credit in the amount of $12,459.00, and further, that the Director of Public Works be authorized to issue the Final Certificate of Completion of Services, and further, that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary Roadway Assumption By-law.”
