"That, Report P.A. 10-6, regarding proposed revisions to the Page 1 of 3 February 23, 2010 PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE Niagara Gateway Estates plan of subdivision be received, and that; i) The Town process the modifications to the draft plan as a major modification; ii) That the zoning changes being requested be considered as a new application given the extent of the changes being requested that were not part of previous applications.

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 10-5, regarding Official Plan and Zoning Amendment Applications (OP-10-1 and Z-10-3) by the Niagara YMCA, to permit the establishment of a community YMCA use at 325 Main Street East, be received and that: 1. The draft By-law adopting the Official Plan Amendment attached to the Report as Appendix "A" be forwarded to Council for approval; and 2. The draft Zoning By-law Amendment attached to the report as Appendix "B" be forwarded to Council for approval."
