"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 08-12, regarding application for Zoning Amendment by Losani Homes, Garage Extensions, Gardenview Subdivision be received and that the zoning amendment application be approved to accommodate the homes that have already been constructed but not amend the zoning by-law for new homes. Further, that the by-law attached to the report as Appendix "A" be forwarded to Council for approval."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 08-14 regarding a request to deem Lots 205, 206, 207 and 208, Plan TP-64, 1 Seventh Street be received, and that a by-law be passed deeming these lots to not be within a plan of subdivision for the purposes of Section 50(4) of the Planning Act.
