Resolved that Report TM-11-04 dated June 27, 2011 regarding the Documents of working conditions be received; and 1. That the amendments to the Documents of Working Conditions related to compensation, employee benefits and working conditions for Management, Hourly and Salaried employees contained in Report TM-11-04 be approved as amended for the period June 1, 2011 to May 31, 2013; and, 2. That the Mayor and Town Manager be authorized to sign the documents as amended; and, 3. That compensation rates applicable to Library staff, Part-time staff, Crossing Guards, Town Manager and Town Council be adjusted consistent with adjustments for full time staff as outlined in Report TM-11-04 for the period June 1, 2011 to May 31, 2013.
