Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of February 4, 2019 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation of Matt Robinson, Director of GO Implementation and Cheryl Selig, Planning Lead, Niagara Region with reference to GO Rail Issues be received.

Resolved that the delegation of Delight Davoli, Chair of Grimsby Energy Inc. with reference to an update on GEI, Holdco2 and the Biodigester be received.

Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under Section 239(2)(f) of the Municipal Act, a meeting or part of a meeting may be closed to the public if the subject matter being considered is advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose • Town of Grimsby and DeSantis

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby confirm instructions given to legal counsel in closed session.

Resolved that Report TC 19-06 dated February 13, 2019 be received and the Carole Fuhrer, Rachel Brown and Stephen Barker be appointed to the JAAC.

Resolved that Report TC 19-07 dated February 13, 2019 be received and that Pat Susnyar be appointed as Deputy Clerk.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes of February 11, 2019 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of February 13, 2019 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes of February 5, 2019 be received and filed.

Resolved that the Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 19-14 to 19- 16 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby appoint Nick Andreychuk, Kevin Antonides, Danielle Beck, Adam Mottershead and Herbert Nobes to the Committee of Adjustment for the Council term of office 2018 to 2022.
