Resolved that Steve Berry be the Vice Chair of the Administration & Finance Committee for the 2014-2018 Term of Council.

Resolved that Report FCR-14-15 dated December 8, 2014 with reference to Grimsby Fire Department Facility Recommendations & Strategy - Progress Report be received.

Resolved that Report FIN-14-25 dated December 3, 2014 with regard to Tax Write-Offs be received and that the total write-offs in the amount of $9,869.31 be approved.

Resolved that the 2013 Grimsby Public Art Gallery Financial Statements be received and approved.

Resolved that Report FIN-14-26 regarding the 2015 Budget Guidelines be received, and that the budget guidelines and procedures found in Schedules A & B be approved.

Resolved that Report TM-14-13 regarding the Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund be received; and that a By-law be passed authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to enter into an agreement with the Province of Ontario regarding the allocation and administration of funding to the Town of Grimsby.

Resolved that the Memorandum prepared by the Town Clerk dated December 3, 2014 with reference to a recommendation regarding the appointment of a Member of Council to the Lincoln County Humane Society Board be received and approved.
