Resolved that Report P.A. 16-14, regarding a request to close and convey unopened road allowance in Lot 18 between Concessions 3 & 4 (east side of Alway Road) be received and that the request be denied. And that the Town engages in a Comprehensive Review of potential uses of all of the unopened road allowances in the Town of Grimsby.

Resolved that Report P.A. 16-16, a site plan application by Grimsby Casablanca Holdings Ltd. For a proposed commercial plaza at 417 South Service Road be received; a) The site plan be approved subject to satisfying the conditions outlined in Appendix “A” to the report; and b) That a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the development agreement on the Town’s behalf.

Resolved that Report P.A. 16-12, regarding an application for site plan approval by Ahmad Kheir, 241 South Service Road be received and that; a) The site plan be approved subject to satisfying the conditions outlined in Appendix "A" to the report; and b) That a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the development agreement on the Town's behalf.
