Recreation Services Committee

Resolved that the Committee recommends the Grass Cutting Contract Report DRS17-04 be received and that the three-year quotation in the Page 2 of 3 Recreation Services Committee Feb. 14, 2017 amount of $56,698.60, $58,398.88 and $60, 146.24 plus H.S.T. from Unlimited Endeavors for the 2017, 2018 & 2019 park grass cutting service be approved.

Murphy; Resolved that the Committee recommends the Recreation, Facilities and Culture 2017 Budget Report DRS17-05 be received and it is recommended that the following Recreation, Facilities and Culture Budgets be included in the consolidated budget presentation for consideration in the 2017 overall Town Budget: 1. The 2017 Parks / Recreation Programs Operating Budget showing a gross expenditure of $1,580,590 and a levy amount of $1,212,590. 2. The 2017 Peach King Centre Operating Budget showing a gross expenditure of $1,458,120 and a levy amount of $602,510. 3. The 2017 Grimsby Lions Pool Operating Budget showing a gross expenditure of $185,760 and a levy amount of $118,460. 4. The 2017 Livingston Activity Centre Operating Budget showing a gross expenditure of $264,820 and a levy amount of $135,920. 5. The 2017 Pump House Operating Budget showing a gross expenditure of $33,550 and a levy amount of $17,550. 6. The 2017 East Grimsby Community Centre Operating Budget showing a gross expenditure of $7,000 and a levy amount of $7,000. 7. The 2017 Park Shop Operating Budget showing a gross expenditure of $19,700 and a levy amount of $19,700. 8.
