Resolved that Report DPW11-37 dated October 28, 2011 regarding ‘Drinking Water Quality Management System (DWQMS) Operating Authority Accreditation Agreement (Full-Scope)’ be received by Town Page 2 of 4 Public Works Committee November 16, 2011 Council for review and that this report and the following recommendations be approved:  That the Town Manager and Public Works Director be authorized to execute the Agreement for the Accreditation of the Operating Authority of Municipal Drinking Water Systems, included with this report as Appendix ‘A’; and  That Council endorses the current revision of the DWQMS Roles & Responsibilities Matrix (PW-ES-WD-LM-005-001) included with this report as Appendix ‘B’.

Resolved that Report DPW11-38 dated November 10, 2011 regarding Sumner Crescent Townhouse Units – Town Noise Monitoring be received for information and that the monitoring results be forwarded to Losani Homes for their review and written response back to the Town by December 20, 2011 and further, that this Public Works Report be forwarded to the Townhouse unit owners for their information.

RESOLVED, That Report DPW11-39, dated November 11, 2011, regarding Appointing An Engineer Under Section 78 of The Drainage Act to Prepare a Report To Relocate a Portion of the Existing Haws Municipal Drain a Branch of the Johnson Municipal Drain and further, that the firm of Spriet Associates London Limited be retained to prepare this Report for their estimated fee of $4,500.00.

Resolved that the following GDIA minutes for their meeting held September 22, 2011 be received for information and filed.
