"RESOLVED, That Submission A-06/09 by Phelps Homes Ltd., for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-law 71-74, as amended Section 11, Residential R2 Zone, to allow for an existing accessory structure to remain on a vacant property without a permitted dwelling in a Residential R2 Zone at # 265 Central Avenue, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land."
