Resolved that Report P.A. 14-21, regarding application for zoning amendment, 209 South Service Road be received, and that the draft zoning by-law amendment attached to the report as Appendix "A" be forwarded to the June 2, 2014, Council meeting for approval, be amended to maintain the M1 zone of the subject lands and add Personal Service Office use and Specialty Home Product Warehouse Use.

Seaborn; Resolved that Report P.A. 14-24 recommending approval of a new Comprehensive Zoning By-law - comments received since the April 22, 2014, Planning Public meeting and the Planning Department Memorandum dated May 15th regarding the Comprehensive Zoning By-law be received; And that recommended modifications to the by-law contained in Report P.A. 14-24, be included in the final by-law to be forwarded to Council for approval.

Wilson; Resolved that Report P.A. 14-22, regarding the recommendation that the Town of Grimsby enter into a Downtown Facade Improvement Grant Agreement with Soula Kourestsos at 26 Main Street West, be received; And that the Facade Improvement Grant application for an awning at 26 Main Street West be approved; And that the associated By-law authorizing the execution of a Downtown Facade Improvement Grant Agreement be forwarded to Council for approval.
