Resolved that Report DPW14-28 dated July 2, 2014 regarding 'Annual Drinking Water Quality Management System (DWQMS) Management Review Report (2014) is received by Town Council for review and information.

Resolved that Report DPW14-29 dated July 2, 2014 regarding ‘Drinking Water Quality Management System (DWQMS) Risk Assessment Update (2014)’ be received by Town Council for review and that this report and the following recommendations be approved: - That Council endorses the current revision of the DWQMS Risk Assessment, distributed to member of Public Works Committee with this report.

Resolved that Report DPW14-30 dated July 9, 2014 regarding Water Meter Replacement Proposal be received and that the recommendations contained herein be approved, and further, that the Director and Town Manager be authorized to negotiate a Meter Replacement Project with Neptune Technology Inc. and/or Evans Supply Limited subject to a Report back to Council for financial approval in approximately one month.

Resolved that Report DPW14-31 dated July 9, 2014 regarding Award of Contract PWC14-02-320003 Cold Mix Paving & Surface Treatment Program 2014 be received and that the Director be authorized to award the contract to the Norjohn Contracting and Paving Limited in the tendered amount of $194,425.00 excluding H.S.T. and further, that the Mayor and the Town Clerk be Page 3 of 4 Public Works Committee July 16, 2014 authorized to execute the contract documents and further, that the Director be authorized to carry out the additional work as recommended.

Resolved that Report DPW14-32 dated July 11, 2014 regarding Russ Road Driveway Encroachment Licence - #101 Ridge Road East be received and the proposed driveway encroachment and licence be approved and further that the Town Clerk and Mayor be authorized to execute the necessary documents and By-law.

Resolved that the Director of Public Works' letter of July 30, 2014 to the identified seventeen homes on the North Service Road and Roberts Road be received and approved and that the Town's fifty percent share (with the Region) of the Homeowner Grant Contribution of up to $30,000 be funded from the Town's Sanitary Sewer Reserve Fund.

Resolved that the correspondence received from the Niagara Region Public Works Waste Management dated May 30, 2014 regarding the Page 4 of 4 Public Works Committee July 16, 2014 Bulky and White Good Service at Multi-residential and Mixed-use Properties be received for discussion and filed for records purposes.

Resolved that the correspondence received from GE Lighting dated July 8, 2014 be received and the marketing concept be endorsed.

Resolved that the Grimsby DIA minutes of May 20, 2014 be received as circulated and filed for records purposes.
