Resolved that Report DPW18-28 dated June 18, 2018 regarding the Town Unopened Road Allowance; Land Transfer request to #400 Elizabeth Street (north portion of Part 13, 30R-223) be received and the transfer of 0.06 Acres of land be approved in the amount of $600.00 plus the Town's OLS survey and Legal costs; and further, Page 2 of 4 Public Works Committee August 15, 2018 that this property be declared surplus to Town needs and; that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute a Road Closing and Sale By-law and any purchase documents.

Resolved that Report DPW18-29 dated July 30, 2018 regarding the Assistant Operations Clerk Position be received and that this current fulltime position be made a permanent position at Salary Grade B, Step 1 be approved.

Resolved that Report DPW18-30 dated August 3, 2018 regarding the '2018 Drinking Water QMS Risk Assessment Review', be received by Town Council for review and information.

Resolved that Report DPW18-31 dated August 15, 2018 regarding the '2017-2018 Drinking Water QMS Management Review', be received by Town Council for review and information.

Resolved that Report DPW18-32 dated August 9, 2018 regarding the 'Mountain Street (Regional Road #12) Pavement Resurfacing (Main Street to Ridge Road) and Proposed Detour Route using Park Road' be received and the Region of Niagara request for a north bound Page 3 of 4 Public Works Committee August 15, 2018 traffic detour on Park Road be endorsed and further, the Heavy Motor Vehicle Prohibition By-law No. 16-65 hereby be amended by this resolution to exempt the Heavy Motor Vehicle Prohibition only on the Park Road north bound lane for the period that the Mountain Street (Regional Road #12) pavement contract and the detour is in effect and further that notice of this temporary exemption be forwarded to the Niagara Regional Police and the Park Road escarpment access residents.

Resolved that DPW18-33 dated August 10, 2018 regarding 'Award of Consulting Services for Project PWC18-02-320060 & PWC18-02- 320076 Reconstruction of Central Avenue, Marlow Avenue and Park Road North' be received and that the Director of Public Works be authorized to award the project to Upper Canada Consultants in the amount of $55,840 for design works in 2018 and $107,780 for future construction administration and inspections works.

Resolved that the correspondence from The Terry Fox Foundation dated May 28, 2018 regarding Sunday, September 16th, 2018 Terry Fox Run be received for information.
