Resolved that the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee Council Endorsement Package dated April 19, 2021 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation by Susan Coyne be received; and Request that staff review the feasibility of relocating street parking on Place Polonaise to the north side (fronting units 36-74 Waterview Lane) and provide a report back to Committee of the Whole.

Resolved that the presentation from the BR&E Working Group be received.

Resolved that Report FIN 21-06 Banking signing authorities dated April 19, 2021 be received; and That updates to the banking signing authorities By-law 21-28 as outlined in Appendix A be approved; and That the by-law to Appoint Banking Signing Officers be approved at the April 19, 2021 Council meeting. Resolved that Report FIN21-07 - Environmental Sustainability & Climate Action Update dated April 19, 2021 be received; and That Council nominate Mayor Jordan to be the point of contact for the Partner’s for Climate Protection program; and That Council adopt the drafted Resolution in Appendix B to enable the Towns membership in the Partners for Climate Protection program. Resolved that Report DRS21-11 Parks and Recreation Information Report dated April 19, 2021 be received for information.

Resolved that Report DPW21-09 dated April 19, 2021 be received; and That the results from the Nelles Boulevard On-Street Parking Survey be received.

Resolved that the correspondence under Administration and Finance with reference to: • Declaration of Provincial Emergency under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act and amendments to the Reopening Act • Enhanced Enforcement and New Order under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, be received.

Resolved that the correspondence pertaining to DIA Council update be received.
