"RESOLVED, That Submission A-16/08 by Glen Morris, for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-Law 71-74, as amended section 8, Rural (RU) Zone, to allow for the construction of a new 7.77 metre x 6.0 metre accessory building with a side and rear yard setback of .90 metres in a Rural (RU) Zone at #422 Mountain Road, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land."
