"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 08-2, regarding Zoning Amendment Application Z-07-4, to permit the establishment of a retirement residence at 105 & 107 Main Street East be received, and that the application be approved in accordance with the staff report as amended to limit the number of retirement apartment units to 100 units, and limit the height of the apartment structure to a maximum of three stories. AND FURTHER, That the Draft Zoning By-law Amendment attached to the report as Appendix "A" be forwarded to Council for approval following completion of the Stormwater Management Study to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works, and submission of a detailed lot coverage calculation."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 08-9, regarding Planning Application Fees be received, and the revised fee schedule attached as Appendix "A" be approved, and a by-law be passed implementing the revised rates effective March 4, 2008."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 08-8 regarding the 2008 Planning Department Operating Budget with a gross amount of $348,195 and a levy amount of $204,300 be approved and forwarded to the Finance and Administration Committee for consideration in the overall budget. That the 2008 Economic Development Budget in the amount of $44,890 be approved and forwarded to the Finance and Administration Committee for consideration in the overall budget. That the 2008 Heritage Advisory Committee Budget in the amount of $6,600 be approved and forwarded to the Finance and Administration Committee for consideration in the overall budget. And that the 2008 Planning Capital Budget proposing a tax levy contribution of $5,000 together with the 2009-2012 Capital Budget forecast be approved and forwarded to the Finance and Administration Committee for consideration in the overall budget. "
