Resolved that Submission A-13/17 by Haris Basic and Senada Basic to allow for the construction of two one storey additions with a northerly sideyard setback of 1.5 metres and a southerly sideyard setback of 1.4 metres, a frontyard setback of 12 metres, a lot coverage of 27% and to allow the garge to project .8 metres beyond the front porch in a Residential Detached (RD2.25) Zone at 5 Strathearn Avenue, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.

The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land. Subject to the following conditions: That the application fees be refunded to the Applicant.
