Resolved that the Grimsby Downtown Improvement Area meeting minutes of May 1, 2019; and June 6, 2019 be received as circulated and filed for record purposes.

Resolved that the Committee recommends that report DRS 19-28 be received, and that: 1. The Community Member Appointments to Committees/Boards Policy, dated June 25 2019, be approved; and, 2. The revisions to the Selection Committee Bylaw (18-91) be approved.

Resolved that Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council that report ITSI 19-02, 2019 Website Enhancements dated July 8, 2019 be received.

Resolved that report FCR 19-06 dated July 2, 2019 with reference to the Grimsby Fire Department - 2019 Update Report be received.

Resolved that report FCR 19-07 dated July 2, 2019 with reference to the Grimsby Fire Department Establishing & Regulating Bylaw be received and that Administration and Finance Committee recommend that Bylaw 19-59 be approved and enacted by Council.

The Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council: That report FIN 19-13, regarding the 2018 Environmental Services Statements of Operations be received, and 1. That, the 2018 Sanitary sewer surplus of $367,325 be transferred to the Sanitary Sewer Reserve, and 2. That, the 2018 Water system surplus of $182,696 be transferred to the Water Reserve

The Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council: 1. That report FIN 19-14, 2019 Statement of Operations at June 30, 2019 be received.

Resolved that Report TC 19-16 dated July 8, 2019 with reference to the Council Expense Policy be received.
